Quaro is designed as an urban filtering device.

A space where the city is experienced, then quietly refined.

Across four floors, four different sensory experiences unfold — Flow, Resonance, Edition, and Alchemy.

Each floor represents a distinct way of engaging with coffee, space, and culture.

From movement to stillness, from surface to depth, the experience gradually filters through your senses.

Coffee is approached in the same way.

Carefully selected beans are roasted, extracted, and served with precision — creating clarity, balance, and a sense of ease.

The space is minimal, but layered.

Light, sound, texture, and aroma come together to shape a calm and focused environment.

People enter, move through the space, and leave with a subtle shift — a moment of reset within the city.

Quaroは、都市をフィルタリングするための空間として設計されています。

街の流れをそのまま受け取り、静かに整えていく場所です。

4つのフロアを通して、4つの感覚が段階的に広がっていきます。Flow、Resonance、Edition、Alchemy。

それぞれのフロアは、コーヒー、空間、カルチャーとの異なる関わり方を提示します。

動きから静けさへ。表層から深さへと。体験は少しずつ感覚を通してフィルタリングされていきます。

コーヒーも同じ思想で向き合っています。

厳選された豆を、焙煎・抽出まで丁寧に扱い、クリアでバランスの取れた味わいへと導きます。

空間はミニマルでありながら、レイヤーを持っています。

光、音、質感、香りが重なり、落ち着いた環境をつくり出します。

人はここに入り、流れの中を通り、わずかな変化とともに日常へと戻っていきます。

Quaroは、都市のノイズをやわらかく整え、感覚をリセットする場所です。

FLOOR GUIDE

1F Flow

The filtration of the city starts here. Enter a space that gently separates you from the outside. Located directly on Cat Street, the 1F stays open to the street and its constant movement. You can stand or sit on stools, or take a seat outside, on our island seating, and enjoy your coffee at your own pace. This is the most direct way to experience Quaro. Hand-selected single origin beans are prepared with precise extraction, creating a clean and balanced cup from the very first sip. Soft serve is also available on this floor. 4 flavors and 2 mix options, for a total of 6 variations — also good to enjoy with any iced drink. This is where your time at Quaro begins.

2F Resonance

A space where time slows down. Designed for a more settled experience, the 2F offers a quiet shift from the pace of the street below. Starting from 8AM, this floor opens with the morning of Harajuku. Sit down with a coffee and pastry, and take your time. Music curated by ELLA RECORDINGS fills the space, creating a calm and immersive atmosphere. Here, coffee and sound come together in a natural and unforced way. Whether you’re reading, catching up with a friend, or simply spending time with music, this is a space made for a more personal rhythm. A place to sit, stay, and ease into the day.

3F Edition

A space dedicated to art, culture, and temporary experiences. The 3F is designed as a flexible gallery and pop-up floor. Located in the heart of Harajuku, where different cultures constantly pass through, this space connects people, coffee, and creative expression in a natural way. From curated exhibitions to brand pop-ups, each moment on this floor is shaped by new ideas and perspectives. An open space for culture to come and go, and for people to experience something new.

B1 Alchemy

Where the experience begins beneath the surface. A reservation-only space designed for a deeper, more focused coffee journey. In our underground roastery and lab, we explore the transformation of coffee — from raw green beans to a refined and expressive cup. Through roasting, tasting, and experimentation, coffee becomes something to be experienced on a different level. For those seeking a more immersive and intentional approach to coffee, Alchemy offers a distinct perspective beyond the everyday.
